The Meditation Mastery workshop is designed in a manner that would work equally well for beginners, intermediates as well as advanced meditation practitioners, so no prior training is needed before taking this program.
Dress up comfortably, preferably in layers so you can remove a few layers or add on to make yourself more comfortable during the meditations. The class would involve a lot of meditation exercises. It is suggested to avoid eating heavy breakfast or big meals during the lunch break so as not to fall asleep during the meditations. You can carry some light snacks with you to eat during the workshop in case you get a little hungry.
The Meditation techniques used in this workshop are very simple and easy and doesn’t take a very long time to learn. However, the ability to focus varies from individual to individual and also from time to time. So we suggest that you take it one day at a time and be easy on yourself. Meditate for the pleasure of it and not because your are trying to get anything else out of it. When you meditate for the pleasure and joy of meditation, the results start following soon since that’s the natural side-effects of meditation.
