With the constant changes in this world, news reports causing fear and anxiety among people, it’s not uncommon how these things readily go into our heads. But, we also know that diamonds will not be diamonds without going through so much heat and pressure.
Born in the world in a blank slate or “tabula rasa” , we were vulnerable and so pure, unreluctant and dependent.
The peculiarities of a child’s state of mind is actually a good place to look for inspiration. Children do not back off, they are go getters and always in a state of play.
As we grow up, we somehow lose the power to be in that constant resilience. Our minds become mature and we perceive things depending on conditions.
Fortunately, there are a myriad of ways to get back in a harmonious state of life. Follow these and conquer your battles. These happy pills are worth taking…
Prescription #1
Meditate. Wait, what?
Yep, you’ve read it right. Meditate. Be one with your true nature.
In the busy lives we are surrounded with, there is the need and urge to always move, not minding where you’re going just as long as you’re doing something and then CRASH!-there goes your life. We shouldn’t be living this way.
Take some time in your busy life and make it your “peace/quiet time”. Things are happening in a rush but there’s nothing wrong with taking it slow. It pays to quit running around sometimes and just be in tune with your body and nature.

Ask yourself some questions every now and then. You will be surprised how some things are often left unnoticed.
Here are a couple of questions you would want to ask yourself.
Is there something you have always wanted to converse with a friend or a loved one but put off anyway?
Well, yep there is, right?
Being in a constant move, we often fail to acknowledge that there exist important people in our lives that deserve as much attention as we give to other things. We mirror each other and any unresolved conflicts are often reflected from inner imbalances.
Heal yourself by reaching out to those whom you’ve had problems with. This may come in grand or simple ways but what's important is that the issue is resolved and no emotions are suppressed.
Energy imbalances occur when relationships are falling apart.
Are you out of your comfort zone now or you’re still building walls in your own bubble?
Are you convenient with how you’re living the patterns you have set?
Try shaking up a bit. Explore and learn.
There are actually a million rituals , as to mention sweat lodge, temascal, vision quest and other sacred ceremonies, which aim at bringing humans to their limits. It’s kind of a reminder though that you are limitless. But how limitless are we? Go out of your comfort zone. Try out that which you have always tried to run away from.
